This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Fatuhan Police Station Case No. 838 of 2020, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that the girl is eloped with the petitioner because love affairs and now this case is being made out against the petitioner and other accused persons.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna City, in connection with Fatuhan Police Station Case No. 838 of 2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
