Present petition is placed on Board by the Registry on the note that the original papers are not traceable. Matter is very old. None of the advocates/parties have approached this Court for hearing. Therefore, it appears that either the main proceedings are disposed of or the parties have no interest. Under the circumstances, the present petition stands disposed of with the liberty that, in case the original petitioners are of the opinion that the matter is alive and the advocate for the petitioners is having the papers, he can move an appropriate application by way of criminal revision petition with the xerox copy of the entire petition so that the main petition can be reconstructed.
