The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner and others kidnapped Rukhsar aged about 14 years.

It is submitted that the petitioner is the maternal grandfather of Md. Shahbaz with whom the victim eloped. The victim solemnized marriage with Shahbaz. The victim has already been recovered. The petitioner is an old man aged about 75 years and he is in jail since 23.12.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
