JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that the name of petitioner came in this case in course of investigation and, subsequently, he was arrested and confessed his guilt. It is further submitted that except so- called confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 08.12.2015 and no specific overt act has been attributed against him.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
