The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1208 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420 and subsequently added Section 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a pre-arrest bail despite the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected on 19.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58075 of 2015.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13415 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 The present application for anticipatory bail is the second attempt as mentioned in paragraph 2 of this anticipatory bail application.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) khushbu/- U T
