Mr. Niraj Kumar, Advocate ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the B.S.F.C. as well as the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No. 1208 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 409, 420 and subsequently added Section 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a pre-arrest bail despite the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected on 19.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58075 of 2015.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) khushbu/- U T
