Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 84 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 504, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of nature of injury ,it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Chakai P.S.Case No. 84 of 2020, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui stands rejected.
