JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/379/308/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Paragraph 18 of the case-diary reveals that petitioners are already on police bail. The learned Court-below has not noticed the aforesaid fact while refusing the prayer for anticipatory bail.
