JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 525 of 2017 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148, 149, 307, 337of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case where the petitioner though allegedly not have used fire arms but has instigated other family members to use fire arms. Without going into the merits of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
