JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of the petitioner came in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused who disclosed that Mobile Nos. 8651899262 and 8651899427 belong to the petitioner but when the CAF and CDR of the aforesaid Mobile Numbers were verified, it came to light that the sim of the aforesaid mobiles had been issued in favour of one Raj Kumar. Therefore, it appears that except the confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20521 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 81/2014 to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran.
