The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bairiya P.S.case No.369 of 2019 dated 26.10.2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 24 ltrs. of liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner and he is accused in two other cases. It appears that he is accused in three other cases though in the petition it has been mentioned that only he is accursed in two cases..

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is accused in only two cases and not in three cases and moreover he is in custody for three months. Charge sheet has

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S.case No.369 of 2019 and after his release he has to appear before the local police station of his area and the Excise Superintendent of the District for a period of six months so that they may watch the activities of the petitioner, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the S.P., West Champaran, Bettiah and the Excise Superintendent of the district for the needful..

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
