The petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj (O.P.R.S.) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that some dispute arose during the election process of PACS. Petitioner is, of course, named in the FIR, but no specific allegation is made against him. Md. Norej who torn the ballot papers, has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 31.03.2015, he above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
