The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and different sections of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that his brother went along with the petitioner without informing him. He did not return. On the next day, the dead body of Sanjay Singh, brother of the informant, was found.

It is submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. Even during the course of investigation, no material is collected to show the involvement of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19987 of 2015 (3) dt.03-07-2015 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 107 of 2014.
