Perused the order dated 22.01.2016 passed by learned Sub Judge IX, Gopalganj in Title Suit No.114 of 2009. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the Court below considered the fact that still evidence has not started in the suit and the allegation made in the amendment application can be decided on merit at the time of hearing of the suit and accordingly, has allowed the amendment application. In view of the above fact, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order and accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
