2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 29.09.2018 passed by the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Mahila P.S. Case No. 18/2017 (G.R. No. 3030/2017) by which he has taken cognizance against the petitioners under Section 498(A), 323, 341 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. It has been jointly submitted by the parties that as the matter has been settled between the parties, the present case be quashed.

4. In view of the submissions of the parties, this application is allowed.
