2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in the present case registered for offences under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the victim is alleged to have been kidnapped by the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has submitted that she went to Delhi alone and at Delhi she married with Babusaheb. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani/concerned court below in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No.70 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
