In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 150 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 302/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act relates to Sessions Trial No. 350 of 2013.

The petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 43918 of 2013 and this Court, vide order dated 20th March 2014, rejected the same giving details of the fact in the order.

This Court is satisfied with the submission of the counsel for the State that there are sufficient materials showing his implication, placing reliance on different paragraphs of the case diary as the statements made by Niraj Kumar and Satish Rai are against the petitioner and para 40 of the case diary is also against

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21612 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 the petitioner.

This Court does not find any merit in the present case. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
