JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.10.2015 but admittedly, neither he is named in the first information report nor has been put on Test Identification Parade. Furthermore, nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession and except confessional statements as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection
