03. 10.05.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In view of the fact that the BPSC has already sent the necessary recommendation for appointment of Assistant Professors in the subject of Psychology on 13.04.2017 and, thereafter, the Education Department has already forwarded the recommendation for appointment to all the concerned Universities on 08.05.2017 vide Annexure-A series, as stated in Paragraph No. 7 of the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite parties nos. 3 and 4, nothing remains to be done in this matter. Accordingly, this proceeding is dropped.
