The petitioner is in custody in connection with Risiyap P.S. Case No.108 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 18.11.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise Act, Aurangabad in connection with Risiyap P.S.
