Petitioner has prayed for a direction to the State officials to provide protection to his family from respondent no. 7 to 9. He has also prayed for grant of arms licence for which application has also been submitted before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the State Government has already constituted State level security committee for redressal of such grievances, as such, petitioner should approach this forum.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.190 of 2019(3) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 In that view of the matter, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move before the aforesaid forum in accordance with law and if such application is moved, State officials shall look into the matter and dispose of the same as early as possible.

So far as second prayer of petitioner is concerned, the same is not supported by any document. Only statement has been made that the petitioner has applied for arms licence without any details. In absence of the same, no positive order can be passed by this Court in that regard.
