03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hilsa P.S. Case No. 571 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that only allegation is that petitioners were member of the mob, in which, 100 persons are unknown. Similarly situated co-accused namely Vivek Kumar, vide order dt. 18-12-2019 in Cr.Misc. No. 84221/2019, and Murari Prasad, vide order dated 21-01-2020 in Cr.Misc. No. 3599 of 2010, have already been granted bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 571 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
