The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rajapakar P.S. Case No.106 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have instigated the son of the informant to commit suicide.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Merely on suspicion, the petitioners are made accused in the case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14192 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 the bail petition.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners and submits that the petitioners have instigated the deceased to commit suicide. Having considered the facts aforesaid, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No.106 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J.) Sanjay/- U T
