2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the victim is alleged to have been kidnapped by the accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case and the victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has said that she has married with the petitioner.

5. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in jail since 04.11.2023.
6. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023.
