The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.145 of 2014 registered under Sections 364 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, police arrested the petitioner and got recorded his confessional statement in respect of his presence at the sasural of his brother, Mukesh Singh, from where he, Amit Singh and Tinku Singh had taken the victim Subham. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20402 of 2015 (3) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 show his involvement in the commission of the alleged offence. It is also submitted that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 09.09.2014.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.
