Petitioners are not the family members of husband of the deceased. No doubt, they are named in the first information report but there is only allegation against them that they participated in cremation of dead body of the deceased.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Chhatauni P.S.Case No. 274 of 2015.
