Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 354(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 8.1.2016 on the accusation that he along with two others teased the informant and tried to outrage her modesty but fortunately, the petitioner and his associates were caught on the spot and they were taught a lesson by the local people. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on
