The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was caught while fleeing away after pick pocketing of Ranjit Yadav. From the possession of the petitioner Rs. 2000/- was recovered. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has remained in jail for more than three months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
