The accusation against the petitioner is that he applied for KCC loan attaching forged rent receipt but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid rent receipt was given by one Umesh Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Raxaul in Palanwa (Bhelahi) P.S.
