Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 279, 427, 290, 429 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be driver of pick-up van and in course of investigation, documents relating to seized vehicle were produced but it appears from the impugned order that learned court below rejected bail petition of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner failed to produce documents relating to piece of meat loaded on the aforesaid vehicle.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in Dawath P.S.
