2. This application has been filed for restoration of writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 16839 of 2014 to its original file and number which has been dismissed on 12-01-2017 for want of prosecution.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the matter was taken up on 12-01-2017, Ms. Indu Kumari Sinha, who was representing the petitioner, was seriously ill and
Patna High Court MJC No.918 of 2017(3) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 confined to bed, and as such, she could not attend the Court on the appointed day.
4. Having regard to explanation furnished in the petition and the submissions made in support thereof, this Court would find sufficient grounds for allowing the restoration petition. The same is allowed.
5. Let C.W.J.C. No. 16839 of 2014 be restored to its original file and number.
6. The application stands allowed.
