The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nayaram Nagar (Safia Sarai) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018, registered under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-I, Munger. The accusation is that this petitioner entered in the house of informant, Arti Devi, and committed rape on her on the point of pistol and one Dablu Yadav was also present there with pistol. Thereafter, petitioner and Dablu Yadav also threatened her for dire consequences along with her children. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7987 of 2019(4) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
