The petitioners seek bail in a case under sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court earlier by order dated 16.01.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 34743 of 2014 with an observation that the petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after six months. Six months is likely to be elapsed on 16.07.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20077 of 2015 (5) dt.08-07-2015 like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge Ist, Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 264 of 2013.
