Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 25 (I-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act and section 16,17,18,20 of the U.A.P. Act. Petitioner is said to be caught on the spot but first information report reflects that nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail as it is averred by the petitioner at paras 14 to 17 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-
