The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 435, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

Allegation is that fire broke out in the crackers shop of the petitioner which flared in nearby shops. Submission is that petitioner only sales the materials used in marriages. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
