The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one loaded country made pistol has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is accused in 14 more cases and he is on bail in 06 case. Petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2021.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7489 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 140 of 2021.
