Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 409(C) of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 457/376/511 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. They are full brothers. The Complaint Case is filed after lapse of 7 days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that the present case is lodged in retaliation of the Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 534 of 2018 (Annexure-2), which was earlier filed by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4560 of 2020(5) dt.09-07-2020 2/2 wife of the petitioner no.1.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing personal bail bonds to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Masaurhi in connection with Complaint Case No. 409(c) of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
