In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with East Champaran Town P.S. Case No. 804 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 379, 411, 314/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was found with the stolen motor cycle, he was arrested and made his confessional statement. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer after nine months of the jail-custody.
