JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 Prayer is for modification in the parentage of petitioner no. 2 Naval Yadav in the memo of appeal of Cr. App (SJ) No. 3380 of 2018 as well as in the order dated 04.12.2018 passed in the aforesaid criminal appeal whereby the appellants and others were allowed anticipatory bail.

Submission is that father's name of petitioner no. 2 Naval Yadav is Late Raghunandan Yadav which would be evident from the FIR, though it has wrongly been typed as Naval Yadav, son of Jai Kant Yadav.

Error is typographical one.

Accordingly, the same is ordered to be corrected at both the places in criminal appeal referred above. Four weeks further time is allowed for furnishing bail bond.
