The present petition has been filed for compliance of order dated 19.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 9925 of 2011 by which the Veer Kunwar Singh University was directed to take a decision relating to a case of the petition.

The said decision was taken vide memo no. 2484 dated 20.09.2018.

However, instead of challenging the same before the writ court, if the petitioner so wanted, the present contempt

Patna High Court MJC No.4461 of 2018(7) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 petition was filed.

Accordingly, the MJC No. 4461 of 2018 stands dismissed.
