The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No.210 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner along with other unknown accused is of committing loot in the office of a Courier company on the point of pistol Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody since 25.08.2019. Further submission is that the petitioner is not named accused in the F.I.R. and his name surfaced in the confession of one of the accused, namely, Raja Kumar. The petitioner is also accused in Jandaha P.S. Case No.211 of 2019 under the Arms Act, which is pending before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3440 of 2020(2) dt.28-01-2020 2/2 this Court. In this case, chargesheet has already been submitted. Heard learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

In view of facts and circumstances , let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No.210 of 2019.
