Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have opened fire on the informant causing firearm injury on the chest of the informant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case no. 26/2015 pending in the court of Sri Ranjan Kumar Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Munger stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
