1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case no. 79 of 2023 registered under sections 498A, 494, 313, 511, 323, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that her husband married the petitioner and brought her home. On protest by the informant it is stated that the accused persons including the petitioner herein assaulted her.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. She is a lady and has no concern with the informant or her husband. The husband of the informant has been enlarged on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7501 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 bail vide order dated 13.12.2023 passed in B.P.no.1050 of 2023 by the learned trial Court. The petitioner is in custody since 4.9.2023, she has no criminal antecedent and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the F.I.R., grant of bail to the husband of the informant, the petitioner having remained in custody for 5 months since 4.9.2023, not having any criminal antecedent and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case no. 79 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Darbhanga.
