JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This Court vide order dated 02.07.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40370 of 2019 granted bail to both the petitioners, who are father and son respectively, and directed them to surrender before the Court below within six weeks and obtain bail but, they could not surrender before the Court below in time. Hence, this application has been filed for extension of time to surrender before the Court below on the ground that the petitioner no.1 has received paralytic attack on 02.07.2019 and he is under treatment, so both the petitioners could not surrender before the Court below in time.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3721 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 In such view of the matter, six weeks' further time is granted from today to surrender the petitioners before the Court below.
Accordingly, the order dated 02.07.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 40370 of 2019 is modified to the aforesaid extent.
Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
