The petitioner could not furnish bail bond in pursuance of order granting bail on 18.12.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.81399 of 2019. Thereafter, on prayer of the petitioner, further four weeks time was extended for furnishing bail bond by order dated 10.07.2020 passed in Cr.Misc. No.15753 of 2020.

Again, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond and prayer is for extension of time.

The prayer is on the ground that the petitioner was under treatment of Doctor vide prescription dated 10.09.2020 and subsequent prescriptions. The prescription attached does not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13978 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 show that the petitioner was suffering from some ailment making her incapable of movement from the date of order dated 10.07.2020. However, giving further leniency, further four weeks time is allowed on deposit of Rs.10,000/- in the Victim Compensation Fund.

The amount of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited in the Victim Compensation Fund as ordered on 10.07.2020 shall be adjusted against 10,000/- amount.

It is made clear that no further extension of time to be entertained.

Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
