JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Supplementary affidavit is filed on behalf of the petitioner bringing his criminal antecedent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named but it appears that in course of investigation, name of the petitioner surfaced and one Apachee motorcycle was recovered on the basis of disclosure, made by the petitioner.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that in the present case, no Apachee motorcycle was looted and so far as use

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.
