Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.268 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Sections 190 and 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the jurisdictional Magistrate and make a prayer for sending the complaint to the police for investigation under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as the petitioner has already taken steps under Sections 154(1) and 154(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, but the police have refused to institute an FIR.

In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
