JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2022 The petitioner is seeking review of an order dated 16.12.2019 passed in CWJC No. 890 of 2016. The petitioner was seeking a direction to the respondents to send records to the Hon'ble the President of India for awarding GYAN PEETH PURASKAR from the order under review. It transpires that the Court had taken note of the petitioner's conduct who was appearing in person, which in the Court's opinion was contemptuous.

The petitioner has again appeared in person.
