The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.25 of 2020 registered under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act as well as Section 3(i)(w) of the SC/ST Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that both parties have entered into a compromise and the informant tied herself in wedlock with the petitioner as is evident from Annexure-2 & 3.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as the facts stated in Annexure 2 & 3, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14706 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned 6th Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, POCSO, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.25 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
