2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar PS Case No. 332/2022 dated 17.06.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353, 307, 186, 427, 435, 290, 120B of the IPC.
3. As per First Information Report, during protest of 'Agneepath Scheme' 40 named and 300-400 unknown persons, allegedly, assembled and obstructed road traffic, pelted stones on the police party and damaged the police vehicle etc.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case by Chaukidar. He also submits that the allegation against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4305 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/3 the petitioner is not specific rather the same is general and omnibus in nature. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and a similarly situated accused person, namely, Vikash Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10808/2023 vide order dated 27.04.2023. One another similarly situated accused person, Sonu Yadav @ Navneet Prakash has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 3538/2023 vide order dated 03.04.2023.

Regards being had to the submissions made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a student and is preparing for competitive examination, similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar PS Case No. 332/2022, subject to the condition as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4305 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 3/3 laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
