2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.296 of 2024 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 380 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently added section 302 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution, the FIR has been lodged against 12 named accused persons including the petitioner with allegation that they have assaulted the informant with lathi and bhala due to which injury took place.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is a lady and there is no specific allegation of act and overt act against the petitioner save and except, she is only a member of mob.

5. Learned Counsel further submits that the petitioner's name has figured in this case only due to the reason that she is family members of the co-accused persons.

6. Learned Counsel also submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean. He further submits that the two accused persons having similar footing, have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 11.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61642/2024.

7. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is a lady.

8. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No.296 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
